1 - Open your tubes and close duplicate originals

 

2 - Open  a transparent image of 800 x 600 pixels

floodfill  with color #363c7a

 

3 - Effects/Greg's Factory Output Vol.2/Pool Shadow:

 

 

4 - Layer/Duplicate

5 - Effects/Unlimited/Special Effets/Aged Film:

 

 

Blend Mode : Overlay

Opacity to 47%

 

6 - Select/Select All

Layers/New Layer

 Activate  KS-White-22.11.2008.pspimage tube

Edit/Copy/Edit/Paste as a new layer

Select/None

Move it on the right

 

Blend Mode : Overlay

Opacity to 53%

 

7 - Activate the CentralparkAvenue_Misted by Giny_2006.pspimage tube

Edit/Copy/Edit/Paste as a new layer

Image/Resize 75 %/resize all layers not checked

Move it on the right

 

8 - With  raster deform tool to increase

 

Select/None

 

9 - Image/Duplicate

Activate the original tube

Adjust/Blur/Radial Blur:

 

 

Blend Mode : Soft Light

 

 10 - Activate new KS-White-22.11.2008.pspimage tube

Edit/Copy/Edit/Paste as a new layer

Move it on the left

 

11 - Activate the landscape   layer

erase the traces on the face

 

12 - Activate the top layer

Blend Mode : Overlay

 

13 - Layers/Duplicate

Blend Mode : Normal

 

14 - Layers/New Layer

fill with color #6b77bf

 

15 - Effects/Xero/Fritillary :

 

Blend Mode : Overlay

Opacity to 40%

 

15 - Layers/New Layer

fill with color #ffffff

Blend Mode : Multiply

 

16 -  Layers/Merge/Merge visible

17 - Layer/Duplicate

Blend Mode :  Screen

Opacity to 52%

 

18 - Image/Add borders: 2 pixels color  #445091

19 - Image/Add borders: 40 pixels color  #bec3de

Select the edge with magic wand

Fill with gradient: style linear/angle: 35°/ Repeat: 5/ Invert  checked

Set foreground on color #bec3de  and  set background on color #424d8f

 

 

20 -  Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur : 25

21 - Effects/ Artistics Effects/Halfone with these settings :

 

 Select/Invers

 

22 - Effects/3D Effects/Drops Shadow :0/0/60/15/noir

Select/None

 

23 -  Image/Add borders: 2 pixels color  #445091

 

24 - Foreground closed /Background color #00000

Activate the form tools ellipse and to trace an ellipse like below:

 

 

Activate your Text tool /Font of their choice

Background on color:  #384494

 type : Happy new Year

Layer /Convert to rasterlayer

 Give a dropshadow : 1/1/50/1/color black

 

25 - change the font/here  Fiolex Girls  /Size: 120/Bold

foreground closed /background color #d6def4

type : 2010

Layer /Convert to rasterlayer

 Give a dropshadow : 1/1/50/1/color black

 

26 - Type your name

27 - Layers / Merge/ Merge all

28 -Exported JPEG Optimiser
